Rumour has it that some people are trying very hard to ensure the guy with the gollywog on his desk returns to work here. It's utterly unimaginable.
Hopefully, he wont be returning with his taunting gollywog

The "Golliwogg" (later "Golliwog") is a character of children's literature created by Florence Kate Upton in the late 19th century, inspired by a blackface minstrel doll which Upton found as a child in her aunt's attic in Hampstead, north London.It was not originally intended as racist it is unfortunate however that racists have used it to taunt black people. The doll itself does not have racist origins.
